Connecticut has statute that provides that no person shall operate any motor vehicle upon any highway at such a rate of speed as to endanger the life of any occupant. If a driver operated a motor vehicle upon a highway either at such a speed as to endanger the life of any occupant of that motor vehicle or at a rate of speed greater than the speed limit. Connecticut General Statutes § 14-219 (a).
We believe that protecting the community requires that speeders be held accountable for the harms and losses they cause. Doing this deters folks from speeding. After all, bad conduct rewarded is bad conduct repeated.
We have the experience and skills to make sure you are fairly compensated if you are injured by a speeding driver in Connecticut. We are in the CT Personal Injury Hall of Fame for our work on traffic cases.
